If they could do this to General Flynn, what do you think they had planned for you?

Before we start, here are the reference links to General Flynn’s withdrawal of his guilty plea in text and PDF.

Reading this document, it’s hard to believe, even now.

But General Flynn is one of the most decorated figures in our Nation’s military. He is alleging that the U.S. government, and his lawyers, attacked him, his family, and his assets.

You can read his biography here, which is prefaced with:

Michael Flynn rose to the rank of lieutenant general over 33 years in the U.S. Army. He briefly served as President Donald Trump’s national security adviser before resigning in February 2017. Later that year he pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI over reports of his contact with the Russian ambassador.

I am not a lawyer.

I am reading and sharing this story to the best of my ability. As always, all opinions are those of the person speaking.

First, the government took revenge against General Flynn when he refused to go along with a lie.

This January 14, 2020 article posted on The Conservative Treehouse website,  Michael Flynn Withdraws Guilty Plea – Cites DOJ “bad faith, vindictiveness and breach of plea agreement”…, says that withdrawing the plea will now force the government to prove its case.

“The prosecutors concocted the alleged ‘false statements’ by their own misrepresentations, deceit, and omissions.”

“It is beyond ironic and completely outrageous that the prosecutors have persecuted Mr. Flynn, virtually bankrupted him, and put his entire family through unimaginable stress for three years.”

“The prosecution has shown abject bad faith in pure retaliation against Mr. Flynn since he retained new counsel.” [in June 2019]

“This can only be because with new, unconflicted counsel, Mr. Flynn refused to lie for the prosecution.”

“In pure spite, the government retaliated”
(1) “sought to rescind its judicial admissions that Mr. Flynn was not a co-conspirator,”

In English: The government had already admitted that General Flynn didn’t conspire with anyone to do anything wrong. But when they saw he had lawyers working FOR him and not AGAINST him, they walked that back.

(2) “obtained an ex parte emergency order from Judge Trenga, including a gag order”, and

In English: They tried to keep General Flynn quiet by telling the court there was an emergency need to do so.

(3) “moved up the date of a hearing on the issues without notice to counsel for Mr. Flynn.”

In English: They played the dirty trick of failing to give General Flynn’s lawyers enough time to respond.

You think that’s all they did?

“An agent improperly contacted Michael Flynn Jr…. The prosecutors placed him on the witness list solely to harass him and to raise the threat and anxiety of the family at this crucial time. The prosecutors completed the trial without calling him as a witness.”

Think about the amount of trauma, shock, and dismay General Flynn must have felt, that the same government he had served so faithfully was literally out to destroy him and his family forever.

Homeless forever.

On April 24, 2020, General Flynn shared a January 29, 2020 follow-up document. His declaration, in U.S. v. Flynn is nothing less than a rallying cry.

This is the General talking in his own words about what happened to him.

The man has dedicated more than three decades to the service of our Nation and so you will bear with me if I spend some time on his statement to the world.

  • 33 years in the Army
  • 5 years active combat
  • Democrat — not Republican
  • Twice appointed by Obama
  • Senate confirmed
  • Head of the Defense Intelligence Agency!

Mike Flynn Declaration

So… we are supposed to believe that someone of this caliber, with a lifetime of service, who is ideologically a Democrat, is ALSO corrupt, greedy, and partisan?

It’s Dec. 2016. General Flynn is working for President Trump, on the transition team. We already know that the Trump administration had difficulty getting people appointed and that appointees were hounded, picketed, and so on. These were “resistance” (seditious conspiracy) tactics.

Here, General Flynn gets some questions from Andy McCabe’s shop.

Mike Flynn FARA Unit

“F*ck Flynn, and then we f*uck Trump.” — from the same guy who called in General Flynn over the FARA issue: Andrew McCabe.

Reported March 7, 2017 by True Pundit.

Flynn News True Pundit

Isn’t it disqualifying for the prosecution if McCabe said that? (Asking for a friend.)

January 20, 2017: McCabe asks General Flynn to “meet with a couple of FBI agents at the White House.”

How do FBI agents feel being used this way, by this dirty dog?

Mike Flynn and McCabe

General Flynn, now National Security Adviser, says right here he cannot actually even remember what he talked to Russian ambassador Kislyak about on the phone call they’re discussing. Sanctions, vote on Israel… whatever.

General Flynn had about fifty-thousand meetings a day.

Mike Flynn and FBI Agents

Anyway, how did anyone know what Flynn and Kislyak were talking about? Aren’t those conversations supposed to be private?

Well, General Flynn knows those conversations are monitored. But who committed a felony by leaking this one?

Mike Flynn and Classified Leak

At every turn, General Flynn tries to do the right thing. He actually resigns, not wanting to be a distraction.

At every turn, they take out their screws and nail him to the wall.

Strangely, the first thing his lawyers ask for is kompromat… on President Trump.

Mike Flynn and POTUS

He quickly finds himself in a nightmare where everything he does to cooperate becomes another nail in the coffin.

And his lawyers… whose side are they on, exactly?

Mike Flynn and Lawyers

Suddenly, General Flynn, a Patriot beyond description, is facing fifteen years in jail, say his lawyers. And they’re coming after his son as well. What?????

Mike Flynn's Son

He has landed in an “unimaginable nightmare.” Unimaginable.

“It was a good deal,” his lawyers said. Stay on the path.”

Mike Flynn Good Deal

Making matters even worse, the agents themselves had been forced into this scheme: NOBODY THOUGHT HE LIED! Which Comey and McCabe both stated!

Mike Flynn and Comey

House Intel report: McCabe said agents who interviewed Flynn ‘didn’t think he was lying’ by Olivia Beavers on May 4, 2018 in The Hill.

Byron York: Comey told Congress FBI agents didn’t think Michael Flynn lied by Byron York on February 12, 2018 in the Washington Examiner.

General Flynn is not a lawyer and neither am I.

A plea colloquy is “a conversation between a judge and a criminal defendant who has been sworn under oath, which must occur when the defendant enters a guilty plea in court in order for the plea to be valid.”

General Flynn’s lawyers only told him to expect a simple hearing and probation. Instead, he was subjected to an unfamiliar, complex legal maneuver. On the spot.

Mike Flynn Legal Maneuver

Imagine what it feels like to be innocent, but call yourself guilty. Just imagine that.

Mike Flynn Regret

Here is an article in the Federalist about Covington’s conflict of interest. At a certain point, General Flynn says they told him to retain other counsel. (Also, per his statement, they were shocked at what happened at the hearing. Why?)

“I will fight to restore my good name.”

Mike Flynn Good Name

Why are we only hearing about this now, at the end of April 2020, if the documents were filed three months ago?

Newly Filed Court Documents Include Exculpatory Evidence For Michael Flynn by Sean Davis on April 24, 2020 in the Federalist.

“The new documents, which were filed under seal by the Department of Justice Friday, allegedly include exonerating evidence about Flynn… as well as evidence of malfeasance by the FBI during its investigation of Flynn.”

“According to the FBI official who spoke to The Federalist, FBI general counsel Dana Boente led the charge internally AGAINST DOJ’s disclosure of the new materials.”

“Boente… personally signed off on one of the federal spy warrants against former Trump campaign affiliate Carter Page.”

“The new documents, which were filed under a protective order by DOJ on Friday, will reflect poorly on the FBI, the official told The Federalist.”

“The federal judge overseeing the government’s case against Flynn… is still considering whether to allow Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea.”

“General Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell tweeted last month that the FBI was ‘still hiding evidence of Flynn’s innocence’ including “the original written FBI account, known as a 302, of its agents’ conversation with Flynn that led to charges against him.”

I guess my question is: Can General Flynn sue the government for damages, for what they did to him and his family?

Maybe the answer is here: Whistleblowers Band Together To Sue FBI, NSA And DOJ For Malicious Prosecution, Civil Liberties Violations

If they can, I really hope that they do. From a grateful Patriot: Thank you, Sir.

This is promising from Maria Bartiromo. Stay tuned.

Nearly ten years ago, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and ICE Agent Jaime Zapata were murdered as a result of a botched government conspiracy to push gun control. At the time, I was a public affairs specialist at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which oversees the Border Patrol.

Harvey Weinstein’s Non-Apology Apology

On October 5, 2017, The New York Times published an in-depth investigation of Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, with a focus on his alleged sexual harassment of young women over a period of many years, and “at least” eight settlements reached, presumably at the cost of the victims’ silence.

The alt-right market is a rising force in the American publishing industry, a market that major publishing houses are just starting to tap. With the dawn of 2019 and America’s deep polarization showing no signs of abating, a powerful new memoir speaks to that market.

The Disappearing Middle Ground

The Disappearing Middle Ground

So I’m in the coffee shop as usual getting my coffee and it is warm-ish and I’m annoyed. The coffee shop is nearby the White House and two men in business suits are sitting and talking to each other. Each one has their own table and they’re talking across the tables, so loud.
